Welcome to Sage Cottage, a Menzies Inc. initiative to improve the lives of children and families in need.

For over 100 years, Menzies Inc., a not for profit community based organisation, has been dedicated to helping children and families in need in the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula region.

Menzies Inc. owns Sage Cottage Farm and utilizes this beautiful 34 acre property to run a variety of therapeutic recreational and educational programs for disadvantaged children, young people and families.

In March 2006, Menzies Inc. opened Sage Cottage Cafe on Fridays and Saturdays for Devonshire Teas and light lunches. All proceeds from the cafe are put directly back into the farm to keep the therapy and other programs running.

The Cafe is operated by a dedicated team of volunteers who put so much of their time into it's success. In addition we train young people to learn the hospitality industry.

Sage Cottage is also available for weddings. The idyllic 34 acre property with bushland, lake, cottage garden and formal rose garden is the perfect backdrop for almost any style of wedding.

Our barn is available on Fridays for corporate functions, staff training, business presentations and workshops with seating for up to 80 people.

Sage Cottage Farm now offers the Sage Signature Picnic Packages. Take a stroll around the lake or visit the community gardens with it's sandpit.

Take your time and view the farm animals, then find the perfect spot for your picnic. We supply you with a picnic basket full of farm fresh food plus a picnic blanket. Sit back, relax and enjoy the idyllic setting of Sage Cottage Farm.

Bookings are essential for the Sage Signature Picnic Package as all picnic baskets are made to order.

Sage Cottage Farm has a BYO Licence so you can enjoy your favourite wine with your picnic.
